Invitation sent. Email received confirming invitation sent. Notification or ability to accept invitation not appearing on app or web. Any suggestions?

Pretty much summed up in question. Somebody sent an invite. I got the email confirmation. No notifications or no way to accept on either the app or the website or the email.
