Strange picture-frozen display

Out of nowhere such plate showed up: IQ with an exclamation mark.

As shown on the picture.

What is it and can I get rid of it?

That indicates the CIQ app has crashed. on the device you'll find a log file under garmin\apps\logs named ciq_log.*
