Can't install Eclipse plug-in

Hey, this seems like it's a fairly common error, but I can't get past it. I've a clean install of Eclipse 4.14 on a Mac running Catalina OS (10.15.2) and if I try to install the plugin, I get

Unable to read repository at developer.garmin.com/.../.

developer.garmin.com/.../ is not a valid repository location.

I'm at home, not behind any kind of firewall. The only clue I have is that I _was_ able to install the plugin on a previous installation of Eclipse, but I had to remove that one and reinstall

because it was the C/C++ flavor of Eclipse which I installed, and I needed to install the Java dev one.

in the eclipse list of sites for plugins i have, this, looks like you are missing /downloads/ ??

Thanks! I took the url from the page on installing the SDK but it looks like that shows an incomplete URL.

It looks like the documentation is correct in some places, but also WRONG instructions to install eclipse plugin in this places:

- readme.html not far from the top,

- ProgrammersGuide.html

Sorry guys, for some reason "developer.garmin.com/.../" didn't work the first two times I tried it. User error I guess.

It seems the message board is hiding part of the address, hopefully you can see it now.

Thanks! Yeah, it's a bit annoying that the message board shortens the URLs.

Hello everybody,

I have same issue during the plugin installation.

In the manage url for repository, when i would like to reload the url, i receive this message

"Unable to read repository at developer.garmin.com/.../content.xml.
Unable to read repository at developer.garmin.com/.../content.xml.
Received fatal alert: handshake_failure"
