Cant download watch faces to new Fenix 5X

Why can't I download watch faces for my new Fenix 5X? It keeps saying I need to update my software. When I check, I have the most up to date software and maps.

On your watch check settings>about and see what firmware is actually running on your watch. Newer firmware may be on your watch, but not yet installed Under Settings>system>Software update you can see…

Dude, I’ve done all of this still doesn’t work. Can you not download more than one at a time. I downloaded 2. When you scroll through the watch faces it’s shows all the pre loaded ones then, I assume this is ONE of the two I downloaded it just shows the IQ logo with an ! In the middle of it.
