Why do people leave bad ratings when they clearly have NOT bothered to read the extensive user guide I wrote and provided a quick easy link to? I also created a bug tracker site and provided a quick easy link to it but can they be bothered to use it? No.
But still they insist on NOT reading the helpful documentation then leave a bad rating because they do NOT know what the hell they are doing!
Then I have NO WAY to communicate with them.
They think the watchface is broken when IT IS NOT!
Garmin, please allow then to enter an email address and force them to say what version they are using (firmware, device, app etc). Please help us devs make better app Garmin or stop selling your watches to people who cannot perform simple tasks like read a user guide.
I am going to have to pull the plug on all my apps again as this is just hopeless.
