The number of download is no more updated.

I'm not seeing this either. what are you seeing when you look at the statistics for you app? The download count is new/unique downloads, while statistics will also show you downloads that were app updates for current users.
All my apps are impacted.
Statistics seems good.
The value wass 25508 there are 2 weeks ago, not changments during 10 days it increases friday to 26100, sunday 25808 and today 25808 too.
I have tried with different browers and connect IQ app.

The count isn't updated in real time. It seems to update sometime during the day.
Since one month is more 1 time per week than 1 time per day
there is a way to get number of downloads / user which paid?
