getDeviceSettings().phoneConnected no longer works after the last firmware update of the watch

getDeviceSettings().phoneConnected no longer works after the last firmware update of the watch (VA3M 4.90).

But in native Garmin WF, it works as it should.

Now we need to use some new method?
ConnectionInfo or connectionAvailable?

It must be limited to watch faces or other apps. I just tried my widget which is using getDeviceSettings().phoneConnected for checks before doing a makeWebRequest and makeImageRequests and it is working fine on my VA3M with 4.90.

Have you tried to try break a connection? The fact is that getDeviceSettings (). PhoneConnected is always true.

Do you mean try to check with the phone disconnected? Yes, that also properly displays my need phone connection error message.

Android 4.4.2 update version is not possible.

GCM 4.17.1

Before upgrading to 4.90, everything worked.

That's an old CGM. The current one is 4.22. I'd try and update .

New CGM are no longer available on my phone.

What app are you having problems with, and what are you seeing to tell you it is not working?

All my WF, as well as the popular NoFrills, Crystal (I think this is enough), when the connection is disconnected in the circular watch menu, the connection availability icon continues to be displayed. The same thing happens when i turn off the bluetooth on the phone.
