Newbie issues when updating to the sdk 0.2.4

OK, so I finally had some time to update to the new sdk,
I even figured out how to do that I think, with the <connect iq> Open SDK Manager > set the dirrectory > download the new one and make it be the one that runs.

Then I went to try to run my watch face, and well it gave some errors.
So I tried to import the ActivityTracker sample and it also is giving the same errors.

any one know what I did wrong?
