Brian Jepson's eBook as ePub/MOBI for Kindle or other eBook-readers?

Is the ConnectIQ eBook from Brian Jepson available in other formats than PDF? Like ePub or MOBI to use it on e.g. a Kindle?

I actually have a hard copy. They handed them out at the CIQ Summit in 2017.

It's might still be good at some of the very basic things but dated, and you can probably pick up what's in it and much more from a current Programmer's Guide (The PG is in with the SDK, as is the UX guide)

If you want this on a kindle, I know in the past you could copy the PDF to a kindle and be able to read it there.

Update: I just copied the .pdf to my kindle and can read it there, so the function is still available.

You can also email the PDF to your personal Kindle email address and amazon will do a conversion to a more native Kindle format so that you can zoom the font and other stuff that you can't do when you upload the PDF directly. It does an ok job, but some of the figures and images get a little messed up. I loaded it both ways as I find the PDF font sometimes a little hard to read.
