App store questions - attaching a manual?

I have a fairly complex app I'd like to put in the app store. Nothing that can be described in the 4000 byte limit! (it's and 8 page PDF)

What is the preferred way to attach a link to the PDF in the app store? What is the preferred location to store the PDF?

Upload it to dropbox or something and provide link to it in description?

I've used google drive, and I linked it through goo.gl to have a short link + a download count.

Would be great to have a template with some sort of legal disclaimer that we could share among developers so as to not reinvent the wheel. If you want to have my manual in .doc, just ask.
