file not uploading, says its unsupported. Any help

I cant upload this file attached. Any help or suggestions. I tried auto fix website but no luck. II cant even attach it!!!!

zip the fit file and upload here in the forum so we can have a try at repairing the file

or get yourself a free Dropbox account, upload the file to there and then share the link in a reply.

I've made some adjustments so you should be able to upload .ft, .prg, and .iq files now.

your file had no checksums at all

repaired by recalculating and replacing the file checksum

I for certain can not upload fit files, at least not before zipping them

seen other users who are able to upload fit file, like Alan Weatherall

also can not see the post I have made in the developer community

Thank you very much. I don't think I did anything different with my Garmin. Is there something I might have done?

guess only Garmin can tell which at which point it went wrong with the file

what I do after run or bike,

press stop and wait two minutes for my resting heart rate and then save

also backup and clear your ACTIVITY folder regularly
