Surf tracker data field MARQ

Hi there,

Just got my MARQ Athlete, loving it so far but... because i surf, before on my FENIX 3 i had the SURF TRACKER data field and the Tide app wich i used a lot, but now i noticed that these aren't available for the MARQ series, Will this be available soon?

I wanted to let you know that the tides app has been updated to support all MARQ devices.

The Tides app is managed by a team here at Garmin. I've reached out for a status on this. The surf Tracker data field is managed by an outside developer. Your best bet here is to use the "Contact Developer" link on the right side of the webpage to contact the developer and request that they add support for this device:

In looking at this, it appears that the Surf Tracker you were using has been replaced with Surf Tracker 2 for newer devices.

Thanks for the reply, but even the surf tracker2 isn't available for MARQ, i guess a minor software tweak on this should solve the issue, i really aprecciate that.

Any update on Tides app for the MARQ Athlete?! Because i just saw its available only for MARQ Captain (?) this doest make any sense because its available for all other series like fénix or forerunner, why can't i have this on a watch that i payed 1500 our?!

It may not make any sense, but it is not something that Garmin has any control over. The Surf Tracker and Surf Tracker 2 data fields are authored and maintained by a 3rd party developer.

If you want to make a request for the developer of an app, you need to find the app in the App Store and click the Contact Developer link as suggested by Coleman.Apps above. In this case, if you want to make a request to the author of Surf Tracker 2, you should be able to do so by clicking Contact Developer.
