Datafield works on simulator but not on the edge

I have been developing a datafield, but I had the problem that it is working very well on the simulator but there is an issue when I installed into the edge device:

when installing the datafield on my edge I got the screen like a flash and then a white page with the blue "IQ" letters an exclamation mark on the middle.

Normally I just restart the device and after that it worked. However, now that I am adding additional features to my datafield, it is not longer working with this method.

Same behavior if I installed the datafield using connectIQ or sideload

So I will appreciate your kindly help so that I can understand what I am doing wrong.

If it happens with a sideload, use "build for device wizard", and don't check the "build release version" checkbox.

When you run it, you should get details in the apps/logs/ciq_log…

I looked at your code, and you only assign `avgSpeedStr` in one place after it is initialized, and that arithmetic operation should never produce a null value. I'm not sure what is going on.

I copied your code into a new project and can't run it due to misuse of Application.Properties... It looks like you need to fix your code to use Application.getApp().getProperty("FTP") in setPowerZones.

Thank you for taking the time to try! Actually I have made changes to fix other errors since the original post. So I am replacing the compressed rar with the latest codes. I am new with github so not very familiar how to update all the files directly with eclipse easily. So I just compressed the whole think on a rar file.
