Curious as to why large numbers of applications were updated with the extension -upd? I assume this is to prepare for something? Previous version was 1.0.5 but showing an update date of today and version 1.0.5-upd. I know I didn't make the change.
In this forum, we have great participation from the Garmin CIQ development types like Brandon, Brain, Kyle, Ken, etc.
But for many developers, the "CIQ app store" is just as important.
What if Garmin had an "App Store person" post in this forum about changes to the app store and respond to questions and concerns? This case showed people like Brandon may just run out of time to let developers know what they are doing in the app store, as the app store is a different group in Garmin, and Brandon has enough stuff on his plate!.
Why can't someone from the App Store group just post here directly? That way Brandon, etc won't have to be in the middle.
- please don't reset all statistics on version change (change color or some other delimiter if need be)
- please provide a Q&A or feedback method outside of using forum (already discussed I believe but mention again)
- provide device usage metrics if supporting more than one device
