Applications requirements for Connect IQ Apps

Hi,
I might be interested in an app but by reading the conditions when downloading the SDK, it refers all the time to check if our app meets the "Application Requirements" on http://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/sdk/ . But I can't find these requirements?
Can you help me a little bit? Are there things that could be technically done but that are not allowed by your policies?

Section 12 of the SDK license agreement defines Application Requirements:

"...this Agreement and any additional guidelines that Garmin may post on a Garmin Developer website or otherwise provide to you."

Basically, this refers to the SDK license agreement.

From a practical standpoint, the app approval process is basically a quick screen for offensive material or anything libelous toward Garmin. You also agree when submitting your app that your have the right to include any intellectual property, such as trademarked or copyrighted material.
