Watch Face crashing Vivoactive

I've gotten multiple reports from different users saying that my watch face is causing their Vivoactive to crash everytime they select the face.

I've have not experienced any problems with this myself and there are several reviews that don't mention this. I've looked over my code and tried changing some things but nothing seems to stop this problem. Any ideas as to the problem could be a great help.

Does it crash the watch? (reboot it). If so, there is a file on the root of the device called err_log.txt with info - forward it to garmin.

if it just doesn't run, have the users create an empty file named CIQ_LOG.txt in \garmin\apps\log on the device and then try to use the watchface, and send you that file - there should be stuff in it...
