How can you get users to actually read your "App Info" section?

I put sufficient support contact details there and ask that users first contact me to resolve issues.

Yet they still post the support issue in the Reviews section and give you a bad rating.

How stupid can these people be.

The irony is that most often the issue lies with the user and his watch and / or firmware.

    Tones as well as the "TextPicker" are things not available on the vivoactice, and there are other differences, such as the "revert timer" for widgets. A simple widget with return to the watchface in about 10 seconds on the va. The va also has a touch screen which can be used for taps/swipes (as does the new fr 630 and maybe a couple other devices like the egde), while other devices only have physical buttons.
