SPORT_HIKING, like SPORT_WALKING and SPORT_RUNNING on the va, max and avg cadence is 1/2 what it should be (running and walking were reported before)
but actual cadence for SPORT_HIKING is also 1/2 what it should be. Looks like the the cycling cadence is being passed (revolutions vs steps)
