The CIQ VM must know about this, and I was thinking, it could be something that could be useful for apps.
Even in an app, it could be good to not update the display as often if it's not being looked at.
Would the battery saving in an app be minimal, as the real time used is doing the recording of the .fit file and not updating the display? How about for apps that don't record a fit file?
