Watchface cause watch to reboot

Hi,

I received two reports of users saying that my new watchface is causing their watches to reboot.
One stated it is fenix3 with latest FW, and other didn't say which watch, but that it keeps rebooting and doesn't stay on long enough to remove watchface.

However some others have reported success, and some others say it works, but causes slow performance on watch.

Now my questions are:

How does one validate the reports of watches rebooting because of a certain watchface? Is that even possible?
I cannot see that a watch can continue rebooting because of a specific watchface, unless the watch always starts in the watchface view?

How is it possible some report success, some have slow performance issues, and others not?

Man this is gonna be a hard case to troubleshoot and fix.
I don't even own a fenix3 and rely heavily on the simulator.

Any issue causing a device to reboot is an issue in the VM that we will want to investigate. Obviously if you can find the code in your app that is triggering the issue, it would help us find the issue and allow you to work around it in the mean time, but a device crashes is our bug and not yours.

If these users can provide the ERR_LOG.TXT from the root of the storage drive on their device, I would like to see them. If the crash can be reproduced on a particular device and firmware version, we can investigate using your app.

Thanks, but unfortunately I cannot get a hold of this user as the review was provided on the ratings page. There is no way to communicate with them through the ratings page, unless they visit my forum page under the Connect IQ Showcase, which very few do.

I am willing to submit my app code if you want to have a look and review it and make suggestions for improvements. There is nothing as good and helpful as peer / code reviews.

Unfortunately I have as little info as you do, so there is no way for me to tell where in my code this could be happening.

Installed and now my watch just keeps restarting and isn't on long enough to get rid of the watch face...now my watch seems to be unusable
