datafield not working I'm Data Screen 1 (works on screen 2)

i got 2 users who ar telling me that they are not Able to install the datafield app when they put it on data screen 1. It will give them an IQ!

But if they were to put it on screen 2 or screen 3 it will work.
I am unsure what is happening and why this happens. For my F3, it works so I don't know what it the problem. The F3 user is on 3.6 Fw and only diff with him and mine is the display. I am on 2.1. He is on 2.3

Is this happening with any datafield, or a particular one? I see you have several in the store and would like to test with the specific app if I can.

I was told the App Store version works (1.11 SDK). When I compiled the one using 1.1.2 (tho I'm not entirely sure this is the case - the diff SDK) but it was reported that it does let work.
