That error file belongs to the BLE/ANT device. I'll forward that error to the device team.

You may want to posts the content here (along with your FW level) so it can be passed on the the garmin group for the F3.. But then you can delete it.

Deleting the file won't cause any issues.

If you post the contents I can forward it to the device developers that may be interested in it.

The file contents are as follows; SoftDevice Assert: PC - 0x00018664, Line Num - 430, File name - ll\src\ll_lm.s0.c, 2.90. I use a Garmin heart rate monitor and Tempe. Have been running software version 4.20 although the error has been present for the last two updates. Just in the process of upgrading to 4.30.
