updating casuses app to stop and Garmin Walk appto start

Hi I created an App.

It runs fine, but sometimes my Vivoactive starts "Updating", which causes my App to stop. Furthermore the Garmin App "Walk" is started automatically.

How is thispossible and is there a way to prevent this.
