Connect IQ regional settings, is there such a thing??

Hi everyone, just recently purchased a Vivoactive and was searching through watch faces. A couple of those I wanted to download I wasn't able to be an error message saying the server is unresponsive. But as I tried to check further, it seems that those watch faces arent available when I click the Connect IQ link from my Garmin express. Is this because I am not from the US?

Hope somebody can help as I would want to be able to access all apps and watch faces there is for Vivoactive.
