Side Loading an App

I'm trying the weather sample and built it for fr920xt,
but can't find the app on the device.
How to get the app without using the store?
(works with my datafield apps).

It's a widget, so you go to the watch face and then press the up/down keys.

Ah, thanks, that easy.
Just one more simple question, can apps/widgets use a direct wlan connection without being connected to a mobile (BLE)?
