Our device app Maxvarv has been in "Pending" since October 9 (first submission, free app). We uploaded version 1.0.2 on October 13 with an updated name/icon, and it is still pending. We also emailed developer support on October 15 but have only received the automatic reply.

Maxvarv is a ride tracker for enduro and motocross riders in Sweden. The watch records GPS, distance, speed, heart rate and laps, and sends the ride to our companion app on the phone (iOS and Android, already live).
We understand there is a backlog right now. Could someone check that the submission is not stuck, or tell us if anything needs fixing on our side? We have version 1.0.3 ready and are waiting to upload it until the first version is approved.
