Hi, I'm trying to upload my first app (device app, AppID 451269B4-8FF4-4051-8087-2B9C79CF4A38, built with SDK 9.2.0). The .iq passes verification ("Status: Verified", with "Signature check failed", which looks like CIQQA-4716). Every Submit returns HTTP 400 from POST /api/ciq-developerservices/developers/9ca16c82-9386-4fe2-905f-ec09249b3154/apps with "Exception while adding app for clientId=APPS_LIBRARY". I tried 4 times today, including after a page reload and with a minimal English-only listing, and the result was the same. My developer profile shows developerStatus UNVERIFIED and developer=false, and a garminGuid migration dated 2026-10-11. The developer dashboard also never finishes loading. Could you check whether my account migration is incomplete? Happy to send the .iq file. Thanks!
