We switched an app from free to paid with our own payment system (Monetization: Yes → Other → Third-Party Payments, no merchant account). Since then the update seem it reaches existing users, but the store listing is hidden everywhere and the dashboard shows "Pending" for us.
1. Is Third-Party Payments all we need, or is another step required (e.g. DSA trader verification)? The CIQ registration form says it's closed.
2. Is a review of several days normal after going paid? Before, approvals took minutes or a few hours.
3. Is there a way to reach the Connect IQ team directly? E-mails and forum posts seem to go unanswered.
Did we select the right method or is anything else still needed?
