Connect IQ Store upload fails: “Signature check failed”

My Connect IQ watch face uploads successfully and validates its manifest and compatible devices, but the Connect IQ Store reports “Signature check failed.”

App: LumaTick / Nixie965
Manifest App ID: de10a9652c7b4f5eabc918937fa7b461
Developer account: [email protected]

I have tested the developer key generated in the project’s .keys folder, as well as other RSA developer keys, with the same result. The package validates for the selected devices, but the signature check fails.

Could someone confirm the correct signing-key process for Connect IQ Store submissions, or whether my account/key needs registration? This is a free watch face.

Every .iq I attach (store and beta) shows "Status: Verified / Signature check failed", and Submit then fails with "we're having trouble communicating with our servers". That's true for my app (App ID 6f2b7c1e9a4d4b8f9e3c2d1a0b5e7f61, SDK 9.2.0 and 8.1.1), and even for the SDK's Analog sample with new App IDs, signed with my key and with a freshly generated 4096-bit key. The SDK's own VerifyingUtils.verifyIqFile returns true for all of these files with the shipped public key, so the packages are correctly signed. Looks like a store-side issue for new submissions. I've also emailed [email protected].
