I am posting here as a last resort because I am currently stuck and hoping a Garmin employee can help look into my account.
I paid the license fee for the native Garmin Connect IQ monetization on April 12. The stated processing time was 2 business days, but as of today, my status is still not validated.
I have double-checked my developer dashboard: there are no notifications, no pending requests for tax forms, and no missing banking details on my end. I have also tried contacting developer support via email regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have received absolutely no response for weeks.
Could an admin or a member of the Connect IQ team please look into this? It seems my application is stuck somewhere in the system. I am ready to provide my transaction ID and developer account details via private message.
