App approval process taking longer than usual (10+ days)

Was it built by SDK 8.4.0? If yes then rebuild it with 8.3 and upload again. Maybe that is part of the problem (Garmin being obviously the other part, not fixing this bug)

I don't remember... Is there a way to download the uploaded iq file to check that ? And can we actually check the version of the SDK used to export the project from the iq file ?

I just checked and I installed the 8.4.0 SDK four days ago so a few days after uploading the app to the store. Hence it was exported with SDK 8.3.0. I'm still interested by the answers for the previous questions though ^^

I'm seeing the same issue regarding lack of a response. My beta app submission has been in Pending status since Dec 12, so as of this writing that's been 11 days. flocsy (237419224e814eb7be09ba868d70607f)  I did use the latest SDK but can downgrade to the previous if needed. Why would using 8.4.0 result in no response from Garmin and do you think switching back to 8.3.0 would yield a response? Thanks in advance. ad220  did you get a response yet?

beta apps are never approved (that part is normal), but with the web interface gone it is rather difficult to install beta apps now, see forums.garmin.com/.../installing-beta-apps-is-almost-impossible-now

There's a bug, that causes apps built with 8.4.0 getting lost somewhere in the system. That itself is already something that shouldn't happen, but that they don't fix it for about a month now is worse even than the average Garmin behaviour... Now someone will probably say it's even x-mas now, which it is, but of course it wasn't in the past few weeks, so....

Thanks fot the info all, very useful to know. Before submitting the non-beta version of my app I'll downgrade to 8.3.0. I assume that one doesn't have the "getting lost" problem?
