Why is my app stuck in "scan pending"?

Hello,

I have developed an app that I want to use myself and share it with some of my classmates that also have Garmin watches.

I uploaded it on Saturday and now it is still stuck.

When I try to download it myself, there is either an error about communication problems with the servers (if I try on the Connect IQ website) or it just doesn't work (if I try it in the mobile App).

Why is that?

Since it's a real app (non beta) it needs manual approval, which can take 2 BUSINESS days, which, considering USA timezones, haven't even started yet.

But why can't I download it myself on my own device?

That might be because it's a real app that isn't approved yet. If you upload it as beta, then you should be able to download it yourself (which sometimes takes 10 minutes, sometimes 2 hours, and sometimes even that can be stuck for 2 days)
