Problems with Connect IQ store?

I got a feedback for assistance from a potentional user that was unable to load a watchface to her device last night.

After making sure it works correctly on the FR265 my guess is that there have been problems with the store this weekend?

Yesterday I could not purge a new beta to my own device over the store and had to side load it, so that could make sense.

Can there be a pinned topic mentioning if there are/ have been problems with the store so I can provide correct feedback? Maybe this already somewhere excist?

  • Oh btw, I see now that the Garmin IQ app admin mail adres is included in the email, so this goes to the end users when I reply directly using the mail.

  • And you think Garmin IQ App Admin will ever take note of that mail (or the 1000s they get each day - although I assume they don't actually receive them or they are auto deleted / go to a box that no one ever opens).

    I would say the occurrence of this happening (store not being fully functional) is increasing (I have no evidence to back that up though). And therefore you have to get used to it and inform your user that it is a Garmin issue.
