I noticed that Garmin silently changed the text label of the contact developer link. I guess, now thousands of app descriptions and FAQs will need to be adjusted...

We're making changes to the mobile app and the web store (the web store changes are not yet complete) to help steer customers to the appropriate people depending on the nature of their problem. For example, we on the CIQ engineering team had been receiving a lot of customer support requests (some unrelated to Connect IQ), but these changes have helped direct customers to our product support team instead.
I also get questions that are not directly related to my app. The most commons (and judged by descriptions of other's apps I guess I'm not alone) are that they don't find an installed watch-app (not sure where are they looking, maybe in the glances instead of the activities) and of course the top contender is that people don't know how to add a data field to an activity's layout, even though it's in the description and in the FAQ.
