Is the Store website down? I get an error and also Garmin Express says server error

I'm using Windows 11, the latest Garmin Express (7.25.0+13e85b4).

Add on the website store I get

There seems to be an issue when fetching the data.

Please try again later.

The Android App seems OK.

Is anyone else having an issue?
