Datafield not appearing in Store rankings after Developer Registration

I missed the deadline for Developer Registration as I missed the email.  All my apps were removed from the store.

Since I have completed Developer registration all my apps have re-appeared at their previous ranking positions in the IQ store except one which does not appear in the entire list for its sport category. It was at number 7 or 8 in the Datafields for Runners.  Now only some of my other older Datatfields are listed right at the bottom of the ranking list.

I can search for the missing Datafield and find it by name it just isn't in the rankings at all even though it has over a 100k downloads. And other Apps with zero downloads and feedback are in there.

Has anybody else had this issue and what if anything resolved it for you?

  • Do you find it via the search? If yes, nothing to do. If no, then Garmin needs to check why

  • Yes I can find the Datafield by searching for it by name.  But when I look at all of the Datafields for Runners it does not appear at all.  Some of my older apps do appear in this list towards to the bottom.  But the app which has disappeared is not in the list at any position.

    As this App had >100k downloads I am confused why it hasn't reappeared in its previous position at number 7 or 8 like my other apps did. Or at least in the list somewhere.

    Something must be affecting this app differently from the other apps that were restored.
