Uploaded App/Watchface still pending after more than 10 days

I've uploaded a watchface on 27 feb and it is still in pending mode. Should I do something specific regarding it or regarding my account?

Strangely, your app doesn't appear in our queue of apps pending approval, but we're able to get directly to it by using the app ID in our store administration tools. We'll get this approved soon.
