Where is the correct link to the Garmin DSA registration form required for Merchant Approval?

I am waiting for Merchant approval and have been told after 2 days that I now need to register for DSA approval at https://apps.garmin.com/dsa . However, that link just takes me to my developer account and I see no link for DAS registration.

Can anyone point me to the correct link to proceed with the Merchant approval process?

Thanks but it is the link to the second stage of the Merchant Approval which is a further approval stage to do with DSA compliance, that is missing. Help I’m stuck.

7780811 Do you still require assistance with your DSA registration? We have been processing new registration requests on a daily basis, but if you have been unable to start the process, that's something we can help with.
