20% markup added to Canada merchant fee???

Hello,

I went today to sign up for the ConnectIQ merchant fee, ready to fork over $100 USD, only to find that I was to be charged ~$166 CAD for the privilege of selling apps on the store.

$100 USD =/= $166 CAD. Even with the current relatively strength of the Greenback, last I checked $100 USD is only ~$142 CAD.

So why is the fee so much higher in Canada, and why is no explanation given? Adding in an additional ~20% to the price seems like an unreasonable markup for FX, especially considering Garmin has considerable operations in Canada.

This can't be a tariff either... we're still not officially in a trade war.

I'm crying foul here. Please fix this, and treat your Canadian developers better!
