You can request promotional codes if you're using Garmin's monetization system by emailing [email protected], specifying the app for which you would like the code, how many you need, how long they should be available (i.e. when they'll expire), and how much the discount will be. The most common case I've seen requested is a handful of codes to give out for testing purposes.
Be aware that the Connect IQ team is not able to generate the codes directly for you—the request must go through review and approval before they are granted, which can sometimes take a few days.
