Cannot upload datafield to connectiq store

Hi:

Did anyone encounter issue? I cannot upload datafield to connectiq store. it always failed as "undefined" as the attachment. How to fix it? Thanks.

  • I am seeing with 7.4.3, did you resolve the 'undefined' issue?

  • We've had some other reports of this in the past and work was done to address the cases were could identify. For example, if someone attempts to upload something other than an IQ file, this error was being displayed. That's not the case here.

    1. Send us the IQ file you’re attempting to upload at [email protected] and we can try reproducing and collect browser logs.
    2. You can collect the browser logs yourself—it varies slightly depending on the browser, but you’ll need to view the developer console (sometimes referred to as the JavaScript Console), submit your file, capture the console contents, and send them to me.

    In the cases we had looked at, there were issues processing the manifest file in the project, but I don’t have many specifics. In one case, I know that the manifest ID was already in use, but it's unlikely that’s the case here. I suppose it’s possible you have an invalid device in your manifest, but I would expect a different error in that case.
