Failed to submit app

I am keep getting "Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later." whenever I try to submit my app to publish.

does anyone know what is the issue here ?

That's nonsense! There should be a clear error message letting the developer know what needs to be fixed. There can be hundred different things that no other developer ever encountered and can't be guessed…

I will add a comment here, maybe will help, the same error is returned when ANY of the provided images has an invalid format... not sure what the valid format is... I had JPEG and on my mac i just right…

Found the solution: I had to save all my images again with the MS Windows Image Tool. No idea, why my photoshop files are not good enough for this crappy submit form. ;-)

The error handling of the submit form should really be improved! Not everyone knows how to handle the browser dev tools

I will add a comment here, maybe will help, the same error is returned when ANY of the provided images has an invalid format... not sure what the valid format is... I had JPEG and on my mac i just right clicked on them and than convert to JPEG, saved the image and that the submission worked....
