Failed to submit app

I am keep getting "Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later." whenever I try to submit my app to publish.

does anyone know what is the issue here ?

    It's like that for more than a month. Sometimes it completely doesn't work for a day or two, sometimes it's just a confusing message that would say instead something like "We are still processing, try again in 10 minutes". It also depends at which point you get the error. When you upload the IQ file, or after that when you click on Download button?

    it may also be a file size issue, try to limit it to 1 device and see if it works now.

    hi, it might be also a matter of "speed" connexion, I could not upload at home where my connexion is low (adsl), and it worked fine at work (fiber).

    I am getting this same error too, and have been getting it for the past week. Did you ever get it working? I reset my browser cache, and limited the .IQ file to only a single watch type with no luck. I am receiving this right after I click the submit button, after the watch face status and signature both show up as "Verified".

    @ I was able to fix it. In my case I had some special characters in the app description like emoji, that's why the upload was failing. 
    Try to edit some fields to the root cause

    That's nonsense! There should be a clear error message letting the developer know what needs to be fixed. There can be hundred different things that no other developer ever encountered and can't be guessed. I imagine some of the people that think they need faster internet or smaller iq file size have some strange cause of error that they have no chance to ever find out unless the error message tells them.

    Same issue for me. Not exactly user friendly. I don't see any errors on the page either. 

    Checked the console and it seems like it was due to changing the cover image. Started fresh and it worked.

    Same issue here! After submit, the form is telling me this: "Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later."

    But if you go to the network module of your dev tools you can see the following error response:

    code: "ICON_INVALID_CONTENT"
    details: "The icon has invalid format"
    message: "HttpClientErrorException while adding app. One of the submitted files doesn't have the right media type"

    I haven't uploaded any icon files. These icon files are optional...
