Garmin VivoActive Hiking map with UltraTrac mode for GPS

Hello everybody!
I just got my new VivoActive. I am very disappointed that there is no low refresh GPS mode on it. It would be great for hiking if someone could develop an App that could do this. I am sure GPS in VivoActive could work 20 hours, maybe more with low refresh rate.

I might be able to do this in my existing Activity Recorder app. I have an idea about how it might be done. I'll look into it.

dwMap for Vivoactive
