Multiple Timers?

There are multiple alarms but why is there only ONE timer. It seems like a glaring oversight since it is one of the most basic functions of a smart watch. Are there any plans to implement this?

is there a way it could work in the background like the alarm does, currently it seems you have to remain on the timer screen

I had to return my vivi active 3 because of these issues.....I will keep aneye on it to buy in the future, depending on garmin's plans, since the timers are the feature I use the most at work and at home

The 245/ 945 support multiple timers. You can save various times and also use 'Quick Timer; for using one without saving it.

How's the stopwatch compared to the 935? I'm curious if it supports:

dark mode
displaying the clock
optionally displaying split total times instead of lap times

And does it still make you click half a dozen times when you want to stop and reset the stopwatch, like 935? (Because it always asks you if you want to save as an activity.)

On the timer there is no dark mode and the clock is displayed. Also it lets you have multiple times running at once (I just found out playing about).

On the stopwatch, there is no dark mode either. When you press lap it displays the lap below the running timer, and if you press lap again both laps are shown. Once 5 laps are show then the last 4 show but you can scroll between all laps.There is no total of all the splits.

On stopping, you can reset to get straight back to zero or hit options and get review or save activity.

Thanks! Sounds like it's identical to the 935 stopwatch except they fixed the issue where it takes like 6 button presses just to reset the stopwatch. I imagine a lot of people complained about that.

I only asked because I made a stopwatch app that has those things I mentioned haha. (Then again, most of the stopwatches in the store have some or all of those things. My app did "borrow" the things I liked best about the 935 stopwatch, like the simple UI and the ability to save the stopwatch laps as an activity. Also, you can save/review the activity without going into a menu.)
