Climb pro - for edge 1000

Is there a app / datafield like 'the Climb Pro feature' for the Edge 1000?

I would like to know as well. it would save me ££ from buying a new device just for the one feature

The Edge 1000 does not support access to maps or any other APIs that would be needed to developer a Climb Pro like feature. Since it did not get CIQ 3.0 support, it has reached a development dead end. Sorry to say if you want that feature, you will have to upgrade.
