SMS and Email apps

VA3M owner. Can't find other requests, so...

I'd love to see support for SMS/Text and email beyond just notifications. Once you clear the notification, all access is gone. Ideally:
- ability to scroll through past text messages, or email message
- select any to read
- select to respond. ability to type a response. Or at a minimum, use the canned responses provided currently for response to notifications.

I'd pay for the above.

Pretty cool idea, although I think it would require a smartphone companion app. So you might want to specify whether your platform of choice is Android or iOS.

Here's an app that allows you to respond to the most recent SMS on Android. May not do everything you want tho:

Yes, a companion app may be necessary. I"m on Android. But if it is valuable to many people, there may be a demand for iOS too.

I had seen the referenced app. It does not look to be supported on the Vivoactive 3/Music. It's a good start, but I can't try it out or use it.

Well, the fact that you're on Android means there's a greater chance someone will help you, IMO. I've seen a few companion apps that are Android-only, either because of the cost of iOS development, or the additional security measures on iOS that limit certain functionality.
