Sleep Position Tracker and Modifier App

Using the accelerometer from a heart rate strap, track the time spent a user is sleeping on their back, side(s), and stomach. Prior to start, allow the user to specify that they want to be alerted if they are sleeping in a particular position. For example, someone with lower back pain may not want to sleep on their stomach. The app will detect this and gently alert the user so that they can switch positions. Another example would be someone who snores or gets heartburn sleeping on their backs may wish to use the app to help modify their habits.
