Apple also announced work in the medical focused realm with detection of excessively high heart rates while at rest. The unit will now notify you when it detects an abnormally high heart rate when not active (at rest). ​​​​​​​ Could a ConnectIQ app do something similiar (perhaps someone has already written one!!)?
