Just wondering if there is a way to retrieve the running dynamics (oscillation and ground contact time) second by second data? I'd like to use excel to manipulate the raw data.
That data is captured in the .FIT file. It seems that if you want to post-process data this is the place to go. Having something running on the device to capture data that is already being captured seems wasteful.
You have a few options here. If you are a software nerd, you could have a look at the FIT SDK to build a tool to extract the data. Otherwise, you might be able to use the Online FIT File Repair Tool to extract all of the data into a csv. If that doesn't work, I'm pretty sure you can use the FIT File Repair Tool.
